About
Three Keys

The underlying theory of Three Keys is a belief that the next generation of business and community leaders are hungry for opportunities to meet like-minded people and develop the skills they need to succeed in their chosen field.

The important feature of Three Keys is that it is a much wider concept than just another young professionals group. Instead it seeks to reach out to a much broader range of young people within the community - including those in the first 15 years of their career, whether they be entrepreneurial, employed, studying or a recent graduate.

The key feature that links the young people who Three Keys aims to attract is the desire to become the leaders of tomorrow, whether that be as an entrepreneur, a business manager or an employee within the public sector with grand ideas.

Recognising that while our future leaders need opportunities to meet like-minded people and share ideas, Three Keys believes there should be an educational aspect to networking events.

For this reason the Three Keys model is based on bringing to its members inspirational and clever New Zealanders from various walks of life to share their experiences and wisdom. Each speaking event will be based around three key points that our speakers wish to share - so our members come away with something that is memorable and useful.

Importantly, Three Keys aims to be a bridge between young people leaving university and those who have already established themselves in business or public sector roles.
